How long are my clips available to download?
14 days from the moment they are created, on every plan including free. Download anything you want to keep before then.
Why there is a limit at all
Finished clips are video files, and storing every clip from every job indefinitely is a real and growing cost that would end up in the price of the product. 14 days is long enough to come back to a job you queued and forgot about, without turning the service into a video host.
There is an email when your clips are ready, with a link straight to them, so the window starts from a point you actually know about.
The free tier covers 60 minutes of source video a month, no card required.
